Why is the name on my certificate of completion wrong/missing?

Name on certificate is wrong. Name on the certificate is missing. Name on certificate is misspelled. Blank.

  1. To add or update your name on your Teachable account, please click the bubble in the top right corner and click "Account Settings."

  2. Update the name field, then click "Save."

  3. To re-download your certificate, navigate to the course you've finished and click "Get a copy of your certificate."

  4. Your certificate should now be correct!
