Are my posts automatically sent out to my contact list?

That’s up to you! If you want to automatically send every post out to your contact list, simply toggle on the Autosend button in your settings. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Log in to your Writing.io profile.

  2. On your dashboard, click the “Settings” button towards the top of the page.

  3. Scroll down until you reach “Email Settings” at the bottom of the page.

  4. Toggle the switch to “on” for the Autosend Post option.

  5. Click “Save Settings”.

If you’d rather send out individual campaigns manually, you can do that too. Here’s how:

  1. Click the “Email” icon on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

  2. Click the plus (“+”) icon on the right-hand side of the screen. This will allow you to create a new email campaign.

  3. When prompted, select the post you want to schedule from the drop-down menu then click “Continue.”

After adding your subject line and a description, scroll down to the bottom of the page. You’ll see an option to send the campaign now, or schedule it for a later date. If you’re ready to send, click “Send Now” and your email will arrive in your subscribers' inboxes shortly.
